Job Description
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Strategist to help shape the growth journey of promising scale-ups across Europe. As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of the marketing & sales funnels of RocketX and our client projects, collaborating closely with B2B SaaS clients to decode their business objectives, challenges, and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the B2B (SaaS) industry
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Extensive experience working in Salesforce and/or Hubspot
- Experience with other CRM systems and relevant sales and marketing tools is preferred
- Excellent organisational and project management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Tech-savviness to drive the adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions
- A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
