As a Commercial/Sales Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients towards sustainable, scalable revenue growth. You will leverage your deep Go-to-Market (GTM) expertise and strategic acumen to design and implement revenue frameworks, ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies, and drive continuous improvement across sales and marketing functions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercial strategy, revenue operations, or sales strategy roles within B2B environments.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful Go-to-Market strategies for growing organisations, ideally in the B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of revenue growth levers, pricing strategies, sales processes, and marketing best practices.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets, deliver actionable insights, and drive evidence-based commercial decisions.
- Full professional working proficiency in English and (preferably) Dutch.
