Job Description
We're looking for a Growth Strategist to help shape the growth journey of promising scale-ups across Europe. As a Growth Strategist at RocketX, you will shape, define, and optimise the growth marketing strategies for a variety of clients across the B2B landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
- A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset—you know how to translate business goals into tangible marketing and go-to-market tactics.
- Proficiency with data-driven marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Amplitude) and experience in A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—distilling complex data into compelling narratives is second nature to you.
- Fluency in English is essential (Dutch is a plus!).
