Job Description
As a Relationship Banker at Rockland Trust, you will build and foster strong relationships with customers, engage in consultative conversations, and offer financial solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and service environment
- Notary Public and NMLS certification
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Strong sales orientation and ability to adapt to different situations
- Ability to work intuitively and find creative solutions
- Ability to work within a flexible work week, including weekends
- Ability to successfully complete training program
