As a Relationship Banker at Rockland Trust, you will build and foster strong relationships with customers, expand relationships with the client base, and offer appropriate products or services. You will be a trusted advisor and champion for Rockland Trust, developing strong relationships that foster trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2-4 years of successful experience in a sales and service environment such as retail, hospitality, or financial services.
- Must be or become a Notary Public and NMLS certified.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with ability to operate a wide variety of equipment and mobile devices.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sales orientation with ability to balance multiple priorities and ability to adapt approach to different situations as needed.
- Ability to work intuitively and find creative solutions should any problems arise.
- Ability to work within normal office requirements, with long periods of standing inside and outside of a branch environment and continuous customer contact.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness and ability to work within a flexible work week, which may include weekends, as customer needs dictate.
- Ability to successfully complete our training program.
