Job Description
As a Relationship Banker, you will build and foster strong relationships with customers, expand relationships by identifying financial needs, and offer appropriate products or services. You will be a trusted advisor to our customers and a champion for Rockland Trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2-4 years of successful experience in a sales and service environment
- Must be or become a Notary Public and NMLS certified
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sales orientation with ability to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to work intuitively and find creative solutions
- Ability to work within normal office requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness and ability to work within a flexible work week
- Ability to successfully complete our training program
