Commodity Manager

Role Overview

As a Commodity Manager, you will drive end-to-end commodity strategies for direct materials that impacts business performance across Rockwell Automation's Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). This is an experienced individual contributor with enterprise impact, reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Manager. You will work a hybrid schedule in either Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute commodity strategies aligned to business and ISC priorities, lead sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contracting decisions, manage supplier performance and continuous improvement plans, and partner with PLM, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support NPI and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
