Job Description
We are looking for a Business Controller to join the Controlling team in Poznań, Poland. The role involves preparing business and factory reports, analyzing trends, and performing ad hoc reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate has a Master degree in Accounting, Economics or related fields and 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of accounting, controlling and financial analysis/reporting
- Good command of SAP FI/CO/COPA
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach, problem solving skills and adaptability
- Written and spoken English proficiency
