Requirements

• Preparing, checking correctness and distributing business reports
• Salesforce incentive bonus calculation and maintenance of sales incentive tool
• Customer bonus calculation and administrative tasks relating to this process
• Support and prepare parts of a monthly reporting package to management teams
• Preparing of requested local audit files and ensuring their correctness
• Identifying needs and potential process improvements
• Optimizing the performance of own and Team members' reports and working files
• Building a relationship with the key stakeholders
