Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, providing helpful customer service, and directing assigned projects and responsibilities. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, safety and security, training personnel, and achieving sales and productivity goals.

Requirements

• Knowledge of overall store policies and procedures
• Ability to "fill in" as needed for the Store Manager
• Supervising in-store personnel to insure optimum performance
• Maintaining accurate inventory and store condition
• Achieving sales and productivity goals as established by the Store Manager
• Maintaining a safe working condition of store equipment and fixtures
• Developing promotions to increase store traffic
