Bilingual Sales Representative

Rocky Brands is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of premium quality footwear and apparel. We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to assist the sales team and provide a positive experience for our customers.

Requirements

• Assist the sales team to help attain sales goals
• Travel on-site to business-to-business customer locations to assist in selling products and services
• Build friendly, professional relationships with on-site contacts and customers
• Overcome employee objections to the CustomFit service model
• Provide employees with safety footwear information and advice for product
• Collaborate effectively with the Key Account Executives, RAM’s and Inside Sales Support team
• Assist in resolving any customer complaints by communicating with the appropriate team members
