Job Description
As a Shift Supervisor, Production, you will lead shift Production Operator activity, monitor team and work environment, and ensure safety, environmental, and production goals are met. The role requires 5+ years of Production Operator experience, team lead experience, and knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of Production Operator experience in a related chemical manufacturing environment
- 2 or more years of experience working in a Team Lead/Supervisory capacity
- Process Technician certification/degree or related training is desired
- Ability to lead, train and develop a team of Production Operators
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with a multi-functional team
