Property Manager

Roers Companies is seeking a Property Manager for Marisol in Port Charlotte, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring residents' needs are met, driving business success, and managing property operations and staff. Roers Companies is a national leader in multifamily real estate investment, development, construction, and property management.

Requirements

• 2+ years affordable property management, leasing and/or sales experience
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Yardi and RENTCafé experience preferred
• Local market experience preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend, and every Saturday during peak season
