Property Manager

Roers Companies is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Apple Valley, MN. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring residents' needs are met while driving business success. The position involves overseeing property operations, staff, and resident relations, as well as achieving performance goals and budget objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years affordable property management experience
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Yardi and RENTCafé experience preferred
• Local market experience preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend and every Saturday during peak season
