Strategic Finance Lead

Join Rogo as a Strategic Finance Lead and help shape the company's path to market leadership. As a key player in driving financial and business strategy, you will partner closely with the leadership team and collaborate across all departments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or investing, with meaningful time in a high-growth tech company
• Proven track record in building and managing complex financial models, along with strong analytical skills to derive insights from data
• Strong data skills including strength with SQL is a plus
• Experience at a Series B–D venture-backed SaaS or AI-native company
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and/or usage-based pricing models
• Experience working with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering
