Job Description
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to design and implement automations and AI workflows that increase Sales and CS teams' efficiency. As a technical strategist, you'll bridge commercial team and data, creating AI-driven workflows for lead generation, outreach, and CRM automation.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in CRM automation, APIs, data integration, and AI workflows
- Experience with Hubspot, Zapier/Make, BI Dashboards, or similar tools
- Ability to explain technical solutions in non-technical language
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Scripting knowledge (Python, SQL, JS)
- Experience in Sales, RevOPS, Sales Engineering, or GTM OPS
- Knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDIC) or ad tech and performance marketing ecosystem
