We're looking for a motivated and curious Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team to drive top-of-funnel activity, identify and qualify potential customers, and contribute to building a high-quality sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate new leads
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority
- Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives with high-potential leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g. MS Dynamics)
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach with campaigns
- Attend product and sales training sessions to deepen technical and industry knowledge
- Participate in regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and team meetings
