Senior Manager, Accounting

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Manager, Accounting to join our team to support Rokt’s rapid global growth in an AI-first environment. We require a leader who excels in operational excellence and is AI savvy to utilize the most advanced tools to move beyond a traditional, heavily manual accounting function to an efficient & scalable engine to drive speed of financial information and business insights.

Requirements

• GL Accounting Leadership: Direct the global General Ledger function. Provide strategic oversight to a high-potential team, ensuring professional development and operational continuity.
• AI & Automation Strategy: Act as the primary champion for an AI-First mindset, infusing AI throughout day-to-day accounting activities.
• Process Excellence & Controls: Define and execute a best-in-class monthly, quarterly and year-end close process.
• Systems & Scalability: Lead the evolution of general ledger data structures to enable an insights driven month-end close.
