Director, Product Management, Business Applications

Roku is seeking a visionary Director of Product Management, Business Applications to oversee and reimagine the core operational engines of the company, including the proprietary user operations and support platform (Tarmac) and the risk and compliance review engine (ROME). The successful candidate will lead a team of product managers and partner with Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Support leadership to build a future where the business can scale exponentially while the operational footprint remains lean.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years managing and scaling teams of PMs at the Senior Manager or Director level.
• Domain expertise in building complex operational workflows where AI has replaced or reduced human execution.
• Enterprise integration experience, including a deep understanding of how proprietary tools interact with major enterprise platforms and where AI models sit within that architecture.
• Applied AI/ML practitioner with experience shipping AI into production and measuring operational metrics such as cost-per-ticket, review times, or headcount-to-volume ratios.
• Systems thinker who thinks in data flows, model behavior at distribution edges, and failure modes.
• Business acumen, with the ability to tie product features directly to P&L outcomes and operational efficiency metrics.
• Prototype-first mindset, with the ability to arrive at engineering partnerships with working artifacts.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align highly diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
