Job Description
Roku is seeking a visionary Director of Product Management, Business Applications to oversee and reimagine the core operational engines of the company, using AI and LLM tooling to transform them into highly automated systems. The successful candidate will lead a team of product managers and partner with Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Support leadership to build a future where the business can scale exponentially while the operational footprint remains lean.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years managing and scaling teams of PMs at the Senior Manager or Director level
- Domain expertise in building complex operational workflows where AI has replaced or reduced human execution
- Enterprise integration experience
- Applied AI/ML practitioner
- Systems thinker
- Business acumen
