Global Mobility (Senior) Expert (all genders) - München

The Senior Global Mobility Expert will provide expertise on international personnel deployments and tax, social security, and labor law requirements. The role will involve coordination, operational implementation, and monitoring of processes and regulations, as well as advice and support for international employees and managers. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Global Mobility, Business Travel Compliance, Expat Tax, or international HR compliance, and will be fluent in German and English.

Requirements

• Business or law studies or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Global Mobility, Business Travel Compliance, Expat Tax or international HR compliance
• Safe handling of labor, social security, and immigration law regulations and principles of tax law
• Excellent analytical and structured working method, good judgment at risks and regulatory requirements, as well as agile, solution, and service-oriented thinking
• High digital competence and interest in further development and use of innovative tools and processes
• Confident appearance, diplomatic skill and communicative strength, especially in challenging situations on different levels
• Enjoy working independently in a dynamic, intercultural environment
• Verbal and written fluency in German and English as well as very good MS Office knowledge
