Senior Consultant

We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our consulting team in Milano, Italy. In this role, you will leverage your extensive consulting expertise to develop, refine, and implement strategic templates and frameworks that drive organizational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or related advisory roles
• Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and managing complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in business process improvement, organizational strategy, or operational optimization
• Experience developing and implementing consulting frameworks or methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data visualization software
• Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to mentor and develop team members effectively
