Senior Consultant

Roland Berger, a leading consultancy with German heritage, seeks a Senior Consultant to lead client impact, manage modules or projects, and coach junior colleagues. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree, 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, and excellent language skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Advanced degree (MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity / venture capital.
• Proven experience in leading teams or modules with client-facing responsibility
• Excellent Korean and English language skills, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations
