Requirements

• Excellent university degree or international business school
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment
• Experience in leading (sub-)projects, preferably in organizational development and efficiency improvement
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, structured and goal-oriented working methods
• High level of self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent team skills, friendly and open communication
• Very good German and English language skills
• Strong interest in innovative, KI-based solutions as well as the ability to effectively use new technologies and data competencies along complex problem statements
