We are a fast-growing global company with customers in over 30 countries and are looking for a Manager of Customer Onboarding to lead our AMER-based Training & Implementation teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years in a Customer Onboarding leadership role with a proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Experience with B2B customer success focused on onboarding, product adoption, and technical implementation
- Strong analytical and project management skills to drive business growth through data-driven strategies
