ROLLER is a software-as-a-service company looking for a Sales Development Representative to work with inbound leads and help grow their sales pipeline. The role involves researching, initiating, and maintaining relationships, and capitalizing on every opportunity to foster growth.
Requirements
- Manage and qualify all inbound leads from marketing channels
- Engage with inbound inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process
- Create a positive, professional, and lasting first impression
- Generate new business leads through inbound opportunities
- 1-2 years of SDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry (plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hard-working, resilient, creative, intelligent, adaptable, coachable, and positive
