Job description
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders during the life cycle of products and solutions delivered or serviced by RRPS. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs on MTU branded and DDC engines, electronic/electrical control systems, and gen-sets to the required RRPS standards.
Provide technical support, perform maintenance and repairs, train and guide local technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, and respond to technical queries.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with a multinational company and knowledge of MTU engines/systems.
