We are looking for a Training Operations Specialist to administer the implementation of training actions for allocated companies in order to build and develop necessary competencies levels. The role involves planning, preparation, and execution of training activities, as well as reporting and collaboration with HR Business Partners and other departments.
Requirements

- Implement Annual Training Plan
- Monitor and control professional training process
- Report operational activity indicators
- Work with line management and HR Business Partners on staff development projects
- Collaborate with HR Development Team and Procurement department
