Training Operations Specialist

We are looking for a team-oriented and enthusiastic Training Operations Specialist for Bucharest, Romania. The role involves administering the implementation of training actions for allocated companies to build and develop necessary competencies levels.

Requirements

• Collect training needs with HR Business Partners for Romanian entities of KMG Group
• Implement the Annual Training Plan for all employees
• Monitor and ensure the control of the professional training process
• Report operational activity indicators
• Work with line management and HR Business Partners on staff development projects
• Collaborate with HR Development Team to implement training development projects
• Build partnerships with training providers
• Maintain and update training data and status in the training module of the human resources application
