Asset Manager

Roofstock is seeking an analytical and entrepreneurial Asset Manager to join the Asset Management team. The Asset Manager will optimize rental properties to produce desired outcomes for investments and advise property managers at a regional market level.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of asset management experience of multifamily or SFR properties
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent relevant experience required
• Extremely attentive to detail with organizational, time management and follow-up skills
• Highly analytical, with strong quantitative skills and mathematical aptitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel financial modeling leveraging large datasets
• Experience building ad hoc KPI reports to derive actionable insights
• Strong negotiation skills and an ability to interface with high-level institutional investors
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bias toward action; self-driven and intrinsically motivated with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• High degree of comfort with change, technology and ambiguity
• Experience working in a high-tempo, high-growth, team-oriented organization
