Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Consultant (Dutch Speaking) to join our global team. The successful candidate will provide fast and accurate customer support to hoteliers, with a focus on delivering world-class customer experience and retaining clients. This is a hybrid role based in Breda, Netherlands, with occasional travel to other locations.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a service-oriented, technical or customer support role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency in working on different systems
- Excellent command of Dutch and English language, verbal and written communication skills
