Financial Controller

We are seeking a Financial Controller who will take ownership of the company’s statutory reporting and contribute to the further development of our accounting processes. The role involves accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring high-quality accounting and compliance with relevant accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). The Financial Controller will collaborate with the Regional Controller on monthly reporting and consolidation matters, prepare annual financial statements, and coordinate with Finance Service Centres and other internal teams. The role also involves acting as the primary contact for external auditors, monitoring and analyzing balance sheet items, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Higher education in accounting, auditing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within an international group
• Solid experience with financial reporting and year-end closing processes
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
• Experience within tax and VAT areas
• Experience with SAP is an advantage, but not required
