Ingénieur Recherche et Développement (H/F)

We are seeking a Research and Development Engineer to support our innovation dynamics on our site in Lestrem (near Lille). As a Research and Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new solutions and leading a team of R&D technicians.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineer or Doctor in Organic Chemistry
• Experience in R&D function with a minimum of 5 years
• Experience in synthesis of tensioactifs or chemical modification of cyclodextrines
• Knowledge of experimental plans and statistical analysis
• English language proficiency (B1 level)
• Communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and in project mode
