Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Drill and Blast Superintendent to support the Mine Operations Department. In this crucial leadership role, you will provide strategic, technical, and operational guidance for all drill and blast activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hard-rock drilling and blasting operations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing multi-pit mining environments and resource planning.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with DTH rigs and RC grade-control drilling operations.
- Common Core Certification & holder of all required blasting tickets.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule of 6 weeks on/ 3 weeks off.
