Job Description
The Manager – Mine Technical Services is responsible for coordinating and optimizing processes across technical services departments, including Mine Engineering, Geology, and Mine Exploration, ensuring short- and long-term planning activities align with corporate strategic objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
- Professional licenses or certifications in mining engineering, geology, or geotechnics are preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
