Job Description
The Benefits Specialist will oversee end-to-end U.S. employee benefits and pension operations, serve as the primary owner of the annual benefits and pension cycle, and ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-focused delivery of all health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7+ years of benefits, pension and leave of absence experience
- Experience managing complex LOA/ADA cases
- Experience with 401(k) plan operations and compliance cycles
