At Rosenbauer, we're looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and optimize the department's workflow, ensuring that all bids and proposals are technically accurate, competitively priced, and delivered ahead of schedule.
Requirements
- Manage bids and proposals to meet goals and fit schedule timeline.
- Prepare Cost Analysis Sheets and develop pricing for bids and proposals based on dealer-provided specifications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for dealership questions and concerns throughout the pre-sale process.
- Oversee department workflow, output, and scheduling to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Ensure specifications are released in a timely manner while meeting established quality standards.
- Maintain an effective feedback loop between the Scrub and Pre-Sales teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes while supporting team member development and growth.
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Inside Sales and other managers on Pre-Sales project progress.
- Conduct performance reviews and partner with HR to address employee-related matters as needed.
- Sustain the Quality management System with required departmental standards.
