Job Description
Rosenberg & Parker is seeking an Account Manager for their Energy Practice. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of surety bonds, and exploring opportunities for additional surety credit within existing client book. The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience in the surety industry, a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, and relevant certifications.
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience in the surety industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Certifications such as AFSB or CIC
- Strong knowledge of surety products, underwriting, and financial statement analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and recommend solutions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically and solve problems
- Proficiency in industry software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant state insurance licenses
