Responsible for managing and supervising all areas assigned by the Store Manager, and leading the entire operation of the Store in the absence of the Store Manager. Assists in analysis of Store reports, communicates variances to Company standards, and ensures compliance with all State, Local and Federal regulations.

- Ensures compliance with all State, Local and Federal regulations
- Responsible for payroll administration
- Assists in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates
- Maintains a Safe & Secure Environment
- Executes Customer service programs and Merchandise Presentation programs
- Represents and supports the Company brand at all times
- Ensures recovery, sizing and markdowns are completed to Company standards
- Assists with training Associates on Loss Prevention awareness and Store shortage goals
