Assistant Store Manager

Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the store, including customer service, merchandise processing, and loss prevention. Assists with recruiting, hiring, and training of associates. Responsible for payroll administration and expense control.

Requirements

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction and follow through to completion
