Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the store, including customer service, merchandise presentation, and expense control. They must learn all phases of store operations and ensure compliance with company standards and best practices. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager leads the entire operation of the store.
