Job Description
Accountable for all phases of district operations, including conducting Store Visits, ensuring Company standards and best practices, and providing leadership and guidance to stores. Recruits, trains, and develops store management teams. Handles Employee Relations issues, ensures compliance with Company safety policies, and maintains adherence to state, local, and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Recruit and select highly talented people and build succession plans
- Ensure consistent application of performance management practices
- Handle Employee Relations issues
- Maintain adherence to Company safety policies
- Serves as a point of contact for Customer Service issues
- Ensures that an excellent level of Customer Service is provided
- Responsible for the management of and continuous monitoring of all actual expenditures
- Controls payroll hours to plan and adjusts to current business trends
- Demonstrates and drives Loss Prevention initiatives and awareness programs
- Ensures proper merchandising presentation and organization
- Assesses and escalates any inventory level discrepancies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities
Benefits
- Base salary range: $128,100 – $198,700
