Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Store Initiatives & Continuous Improvement will analyze store technology, processes, and business model improvements with a focus on self-checkout. They will design and conduct financial and operational analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement technology improvements to reduce labor spend and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field
- 2-3 years of post-college experience
- Advanced financial and statistical modeling skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Six Sigma, Lean, or MOST labor standards experience preferred
