Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the store's operations, including staffing, training, and developing leadership teams to deliver sales and profit results. The role involves managing the stockroom, front end, and sales floor to ensure new merchandise gets to the sales floor in a timely manner and goods are received properly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of store management experience in a retail environment
• High level of customer service
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively to store associates at all levels
• Ability to train, coach, and develop associates at all levels
• Fluency in English
• Ability to exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion
