Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of the Stores' operations, including leading the entire operation, staffing and training leadership team, recruiting and developing Associates, managing Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor, and ensuring new merchandise gets to the sales floor in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity
- Analyzes Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance
- Recruits, trains and develops Associates
- Manages the operations of the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor
- Ensures new merchandise gets to the sales floor in a timely manner
