Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent education in finance
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience in asset management sales at a fund company or bank in the German asset management market
- Hands-on mentality and sales strength
- Fundamental knowledge of traditional asset classes, bonds, stocks, and multi-asset
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong presentation skills and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and genuine team player characteristics
- Strong self-motivation with exemplary working morals
- Negotiation-secure German and English language skills in writing and speech
