Full-Time Keyholder - Green Hills

Rothy's is a sustainable shoe company looking for a Full-Time Keyholder to join their team in Nashville, TN. The Keyholder will be responsible for managing the sales floor, assisting with customer inquiries, and communicating the brand story and values to customers. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail or customer-oriented experience and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Retail, Hospitality, or a customer-oriented experience
• Positive attitude and a relentless focus on making sure our customers are happy
• Ability to work full time, 5 days a week, including Fridays, weekends, evenings and holidays
