Full-Time Keyholder - Tysons Corner

At Rothy’s, we strive for zero waste and foster an inclusive environment. We're looking for a Keyholder with experience on the sales floor and strong customer service skills to join our Retail team.

Requirements

• Act as Manager on Duty when ASM and SM are not present
• Learn all operational procedures and assist with customer-related inquiries on the floor
• Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store
• Effectively communicate Rothy’s brand story and values to customers
• Supervise vendors for cleaning, in-store fixtures, or updates occurring at the store
• Share expert brand and product knowledge to customers
• Serve as a point person for store associate questions
