Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate outgoing calls and to manage incoming traffic with new and existing Verizon Wireless customers, promoting customer retention and selling retail products, goods and/or services.
Requirements
- Handle many outgoing interactions daily with existing customers
- Leverage various selling tools as necessary
- Identify opportunities to save customers money or provide additional value through rate plan analysis
