Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the maintenance function to ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices
